Ahead of its initial debut, Kevin Durant and Nike Basketball have shared official images of his KD 13 in a “Butterflies and Chains” theme.
Definitely a theme for the ages, this KD 13 is something we were never expecting. Taking notes from Versace and 2 Chainz, Kevin Durant has dressed his signature hardwood sneaker in a boastful new theme that is guaranteed to be a huge hit this Spring.
The entire upper features an all-over print that showcases butterflies and gold chains all throughout. Black detailing falls on the Wings overlay, heel, tongue and laces while a flashy gold Nike Swoosh graces the side paneling. A white midsole and black rubber outsole finishes off the extravagant new design. Overall, the sneaker features a unique design you don’t see all the time that will be a hit among many KD fans.
