The Nike Free Terra Vista made its debut late in 2020, adding a fresh take on the ‘do anything’ style of shoe to Nike’s arsenal. This week, the Free Terra Vista has surfaced in a new ‘Desert Ochre’ style, coming soon.

The Nike Sportswear Free Terra Vista is decidedly not an All Conditions Gear shoe, though it does blur the lines between everyday wear and outdoor use. Released in 2021, the new silhouette is built on the Nike SFB midsole, a unit originally designed for military applications that has since evolved to appear on plenty of the Swoosh’s more rugged footwear options. The upper follows this inspiration, combining mesh with ripstop and suede for a remarkably durable design. This week, the Terra Vista has surfaced in a bright new colorway ahead of the Spring/Summer season, decking out the upper in a ‘Desert Ochre’ tone. The look begins with a split base layer, featuring light purple ripstop for the toe box and darker purple mesh for the quarter panels. The shoe’s suede overlays are added in the namesake Ochre tone, while orange accents and Nike Grind rubber outsole elements complete the new look. As a part of Nike’s Move to Zero campaign, the Terra Vista also features a large portion of recycled fiber content in the textiles used.
