Nike’s Free Run family continues to expand as the brand evolves the barefoot technology they pioneered twenty years ago. However, this year they are celebrating a fan-favorite milestone with the Free Run 2, available now in Fossil Stone.

Nike’s Free Run technology has been continually changing over the last two decades, refining and reengineering the barefoot-sensation footwear every few years for a more accurate and durable ride. However, since its introduction in 2014, the Nike Free Run 2 has remained one of the most beloved entries in the years-long franchise, thanks to its incredible comfort and timeless style. Thankfully, Nike revived the Free Run 2 earlier this year, delivering the fan-favorite model in essential black and white colorways. Now, new colorways of the beloved running model continue to arrive, like this “Fossil Stone” iteration that surfaced earlier this week. Beginning with a soft grey upper, the shoe’s signature suede overlays are applied in a smooth Fossil Stone color to complete the look.
