Last week, rumors of the Nike Dunk Mid returning next year began to swirl. Now, just a few days later, we’ve had an early look at some of the new colorways, including this black ‘Off Noir’ style.
The Nike Dunk has been on a hot streak for the last few years, revived en masse by the Swoosh after years of keeping the silhouette under lock and key, only wheeled out for special occasions. We’ve seen dozens if not hundreds of new Dunk styles emerge in this time, but they have been kept exclusively to the low- and high-top iterations of the classic basketball-turned-lifestyle shoe. Now, it appears the Swoosh is gearing up to revive the mid-cut style as well, releasing new colorways next Spring. This week, we got our first look at an ‘Off Noir’ style of the Dunk Mid, which pits the shoe in a near-total canvas construction in jet black tones. The Swooshes stand out in pale grey leather on either side, while white contrast stitching completes the look.

Nike’s first releases of the retro Dunk Mid are scheduled to release this month, on March 22nd, 2023. Seen here in an ‘Off Noir’ colorway, the blacked-out pair will likely be available from both the Nike SNKRS app and select global retailers for the new price tag of $115.
