Nike’s sustainable version of the Dunk Low, subtitled Next Nature, is back with new colorways for Summer 2024. This week, we got an official look at an “Aster Pink” pair, coming soon.
Nike’s push for sustainable sneakers started in earnest in 2020, when the brand started incorporating recycled materials into nearly every in-line silhouette in their catalog. While some shoes just feature reused rubber for their soles, models in the Next Nature category use at least 20% recycled materials by weight. The largest contributor to this line has been the Dunk Low, which arrives in new colors on a regular basis. Yesterday, we had an early look at a new “Dark Mocha” pair, and now, an “Aster Pink” look has surfaced for Summer 2024. The look features a sail white leather base for the upper and a matching midsole, while muted pink nubuck makes up the overlays and Regrind rubber outsole.
