Zoe Taaffe, who was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease that causes severe inflammation of the blood vessels has seen her fair share of hospital rooms and doctor’s office visits but due to her rare 1 in 1.2 million disease, the new sneaker Visionaire found a love for the medical field and a passion for the craft of nursing and helping others with compassion and kindness. Turning everything into a positive, she embraces her unique disease with this Dunk Low that celebrates being “one in a million”.
Featuring a design that offers an Oregon Ducks-inspired design, the sneaker opts for a white and yellow leather base with a black/white zebra graphic used on the overlay system which also features hidden “Zoe” sellouts. Green overlays highlight the eyestays while white Swoosh logos are added to the sides that say “one in a million”. A white rubber midsole and a glow-in-the-dark outsole complete the design.
