The Summer is near and that means the Nike Cortez will be out in full effect and the model appears to be reaching new heights with a vibrant yellow/black design surfacing today.
This makeover can be categorized as inspired by a variety of different things, the first two that come to mind for us are Bruce Lee and Wu-Tang. Whether you associate it with it or not, the new colorway definitely brings some new life to the classic model which fans are always up for. The model opts for a two-tone yellow upper with two shades used on the nylon upper and the suede overlay system. Black leather is also used on the Nike Swoosh logos across the sides while also appearing on the heel overlay system. A standard white/black Cortex rubber midsole and outsole complete the design below.
