Opening Day is finally here and Nike will be celebrating the city of Los Angeles and the Dodgers with a Nike Cortez.
Opening Day is almost like a National holiday. Especially with the way last season went due to the pandemic, this year the season is starting off almost normal with fans being let back to stadiums to enjoy America’s past time. The Dodgers will also be celebrating their World Series win with their fans for the first time.
To celebrate, Nike will be dropping the Nike Cortez in a special Dodgers rendition. The sneaker features a white leather upper which is highlighted by a Dodger Blue Nike Swoosh logo and a red script Los Angeles spell out embroidered across the paneling. Themed branding continues onto the tongue and heel which finishes off the baseball-inspired rendition.
