The Nike Blazer Mid has exploded in popularity this year, thanks in part to several high-profile collaborations in recent years as well as Nike’s commitment to releasing the best iterations possible, like the upcoming “Archives” pack that is coming soon.

The Nike Blazer was first released back in 1973 as one of the brand’s first basketball shoes. The sleek silhouette quickly became one of the most favored shoes on the court and helped to propel Nike to the basketball-dominant brand they are today. Now, the Blazer can be found anywhere, torn up by skaters, styled by fashion designers, and still representing in the streets, and to celebrate, Nike is throwing it back with a brand new “Archives” pack. Consisting of three colorways, the new Blazer Mid ’77 collection pays homage to the silhouettes roots. Arriving in Red & Metallic Silver, Gold & Purple, as well as Black & Orange, the latest Blazer Mid offerings are constructed from a smooth suede base with colorful leather accents on the heel and Swoosh.
