Nike’s Air Max 180 has made a glorious return in recent years, much to the delight of Air enthusiasts. Now, the coveted sneaker is ready to launch in a sleek new Fire & Ice pack, available early overseas.
The Nike Air Max 180 is back. Originally released back in 1991, the AM180 was the pinnacle of Nike Air technology at the time of its release. The heel-centered airbag was the 50% more voluminous than previous models, making it one of the most comforting and uplifting shoes on the market. In the 26 years since its OG release, the Air Max 180 has exploded as one of the greatest Air Max sneakers of all time. The sentiment comes not only from their incredible performance on foot but the sleek and aerodynamic look that runners and sneakerheads alike fell in love with. Last year, Nike finally brought back the AM180 in all of it’s retro glory, but releases were few and far between, leaving some collectors left out. Luckily, Nike has a special new colorway coming soon to give those unlucky collectors another shot.
The Nike Air Max 180 is ready to drop in a new “Fire & Ice” pack this month. Although we have already taken a look at the Fire pair from the pack, the shoes are available early in Europe, giving us a better look at the second piece of the pack. The Ice pair paints the upper in a light Sky Blue color complete with silver and navy blue accents. Similar to the Fire pair, the tongue will feature an ice cube character as well as a thermometer on the heel.

Nike’s sleek new Air Max 180 “Fire & Ice” pack is available now overseas from 43Einhalb, with a wider stateside drop expected sometime soon. The two contrasting pairs will retail for the usual $180 for the Air Max 180, and launch from both Nike and select retailers.
