Nike’s Air Presto Mid Utility made a surprise return this year, surfacing in a number of new colorways throughout the year. This week, we have our first look at a new “Dark Brown’ style, coming soon.

After Nike and Acronym created a mid-cut version of the Air Presto in 2016, the Swoosh was quick to capitalize on the popularity of the silhouette, launching an in-line Air Presto Mid Utility to give more fans access to the reworked sneaker. Featuring dual collar zippers for easy entry, and updated materials for more turbulent weather conditions, the Presto Utility quietly disappeared for several years after its debut. Then, Nike surprised us earlier this year with the Presto Mid Utility ‘Star Wars‘ pack. While not officially a collaboration with the massive IP brand, each of the three pairs took clear inspiration from some famous characters from a galaxy far, far away. Now, the Swoosh has unveiled their latest colorway of the Mid Utility, casting the Air Presto in dark brown hues. This is matched by a split cream and black cage, while a bold red Swoosh on the sole completes the look.
