Before the new year rings in, Nike will be putting out some of their best offerings yet to solidify their 2019 lineup. One of those offerings is this Air Max 97 that arrives with Woodgrain detailing.
The Air Max 97 seems like the silhouette in Nike’s invasive arsenal that is always ready to be put to the test with a new colorway. While the late shoe trends have brought new life to the chunky sneaker, it has seen new editions like never before. The model had a very nice 2019 and we expect for Nike to continue their efforts into 2020.
This edition arrives with a black mesh base that sees leather overlays throughout the entire upper. Soft Pink adds contrast around the overlays, trimming, tongue and embroidered Swoosh’s. Along with the soft pink, woodgrain is added in as the highlight of the shoe that flows around on wave-like overlay as well as around the tongue branding. Reflective 3M overlays are also featured throughout that add a nice finishing touch.
