Following Giannis’ new signature shoe, Nike will be honoring Nigerian Soccer on an entire collection that showcases the green, black and white on sneakers like the Air Max 95.
While the Nike Zoom Freak 2 was just announced for a release, the debut colorway is set to be a Naija iteration as well. Playing a huge role in Giannis’ life growing up, Nigerian soccer holds a special place in many hearts and lives and it appears Nike has been inspired by that and followed suit to create an entire Naija Pack.
This Air Max 95 opts for Pine Green, Black, Sub Lime, and White. Boasting an upper full of a variety of different materials, two shades of green, Pine and Lime, go on a frenzy throughout the entire upper. Zig-Zag lines and obscure detailing lands across the sneaker while black toe overlays, tongue, and laces bring the craziness back down to earth. The design is completed with a black midsole and green Air Max bubbles while the Nigerian Football Federation is stamped onto the insoles.

A release date has not been announced but with Giannis’ Zoom Freak 2 releasing very soon, this Air Max 95 could very well follow with a release at select retailers and Nike.com.
