With Halloween less than two months away, Nike has been showcasing portions of their Halloween 2020 lineup here and there and today a Nike Air Max 95 with a Freddy Krueger theme surfaced.
The world was introduced to Freddy Krueger all the way back in 1984 and ever since then, he has been a worldwide icon. Due to the nature of the film and his character, he has found himself as a favorite Halloween character year in and year out. Now Nike will be celebrating the fictional serial killer and his legendary movies with a Nike Air Max 95 ahead of Halloween 2020.
Arriving in Velvet Brown, University Red, and Team Red, the upper is given the same aesthetic as Kreuger’s sweater perfect for Hallow’s Eve. A plaid grey tongue furthers the theme while also displaying silver accents that are adorned with blood splatter. A bloody heel matches the insoles while a dark creamy midsole, red air bubbles, and black rubber outsole finishes off the new look.
