Releasing in handfuls of colorways all year long for its 25th Anniversary, the past meets the future with the Air Max 95 surfacing in an eco-friendly “Crater” makeover.
The Crater theme has definitely taken over the scene in Nike footwear. While introduced in early summer 2020, the inspiration has caught on like wildfire, and fans have enjoyed every Crater rendition the brand has put out since. Now that the motivational design has grown in likability, other sneakers have begun to surface with the theme just like the old school Air Max 95.
Arriving with a makeover of at least 20% recycled materials, the upper features white mesh and leather throughout with Crater black and grey overlays on the midfoot, tongue, and forefoot. A white midsole with clear Air Max bubbles and a grind rubber outsole is placed in at the bottoms, which completes the friendly carbon emissions design.

The Nike Air Max 95 “Crater” will be dropping soon although a drop date has not been officially scheduled just yet.
