Nike’s recent string of excellent Air Max 95 color schemes continues this month, adding a new ‘Black Earth’ to their release calendar. Cast in olive greens over a black base, this new look is coming soon.
Nike has had an impressive run of colorways for their Air Max 95 this year, releasing special-edition pairs alongside fantastic in-line styles. While 2022 has not been an anniversary year for the silhouette, unlike a number of other classic Air max models, the Swoosh has still gone unusually hard with the shoe’s releases, and this week’s new ‘Black Earth’ colorway joins those ranks. Beginning with a black base for the tongues, inner lining, and midsole, the wavy upper is constructed from layers of olive green in varying shades and materials. Suedes, leathers, and nubuck make up the palette, while hints of burgundy make up the lacing system to complete the look.

Nike’s upcoming colorway of the Air Max 95 has not yet been officially announced, though we do expect them to release in the coming weeks. Featuring shades of olive green set on a black backdrop, pairs will be available from both Nike’s SNKRS app and select retailers, with a new price tag of $185 for 2022.
