Nike’s Air Max 90 is still riding high since its anniversary celebration in 2020, launching continually in new colorways. This week, we have an early look at a new mashup “What The” look, coming soon.

Nike’s Air Max 90 lineup for 2022 continues to add new colorways to the mix, stretching the shoe’s thirtieth-anniversary celebration into its third year. Don’t get us wrong – we are all for more colorways of the Swoosh’s remastered AM90 iteration, especially when they are combining all our favorite classic styles for a new “What The” colorway. The new style appears to mix all of the 90’s original color schemes from the early 1990s, utilizing volt green and laser blue eyelets, vibrant purple Max branding, and infrared Nike logos for the tongues. Other elements include a combination of the 90’s base layers in white, grey, and sleek black leather.
