Nike’s Air Max 90 is off to a wonderful 30th anniversary celebration, and there is still plenty to come. This week, we got an early look at the faint “Lemon” color scheme, set to arrive on shelves sometime soon.
The Air Max 90 is largely known amongst its fans as one of the greatest Nike sneakers of all time, thanks to the early adoption of Air Max technology. Now, as the silhouette celebrates thirty years on retail shelves, the Swoosh is hooking us up with some interesting new colorways. Next up on the docket is the faded “Lemon” look, which gives the AM90 some seriously sunny vibes. The colorway begins with a basic white mesh base layer, while the various leather and suede overlays come in differing shades of yellow, most more faded then the rest. The result is a brilliant color scheme reminicent of lemon shave ice or gelato, making this a perfect Spring/Summer sneaker.

Nike’s latest anniversary colorway of the Air Max 90 to surface online has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in the next few weeks. The faint “Lemon Zest” colorway will retail for the usual $150, and release from both Nike and select retailers.
