With Nike celebrating the 30th anniversary of their fan-favorite Air Max 90, it’s no secret that some original colorways would be returning, just a matter of when. This week, we have our first look at the recrafted “Laser Blue” look, coming soon.

The Nike Air Max 90 is everywhere right now. With the brand’s initial releases for the thirtieth-anniversary celebration widely available in stores now, there have been plenty of pairs to spot on the feet or Air Max fanatics. Now, as we move into the second half of the year, Nike is prepping the next round of new colorways for the AM90, including a faithful recreation of the original “Laser Blue” colorway. This classic color scheme features the AM90’s original color blocking, beginning with white mesh underlays and suede overlays, while a black leather shank stretches from heel to toe on either side. The Laser Blue tone is added to the Air Max 90’2 plastic additions, seen on the midsole, quarter panels, lacing system, and the Nike Air heel badges.

Nike’s next colorway of their 30th Anniversary Air Max 90 has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in the coming weeks from both Nike and select retailers. The original “Laser Blue” color scheme will come with its usual price tag of $140.
