Nike’s Air Max 90 is getting the Fall-ready ‘Flax’ treatment this season, dressing the shoe the classic brown shade, with some hints of Wheat strewn throughout.
The Air Max 90 has been in steady supply after Nike celebrated thirty years of the iconic retro running shoe back in 2020. Have remastered the shoe’s shape and fit, the silhouette has continued to release in new color schemes regularly over the past three years. This week, another style has emerged, dressing the shoe in the Swoosh’s fan-favorite ‘Flax’ colorway for Fall 2023. The pair comes in a tonal color blocking, meaning the entire nubuck leather upper comes in in namesake Flax shade of brown. Some dashes of a lighter ‘Wheat’ shade are added to the silhouette’s plastic components to balance out the look.

Nike’s latest tonal colorway of the Air Max 90 has not been announced for release yet, but will drop sometime during the Fall 2023 season.
