Nike’s Air Max 90 continues to release in new styles after its anniversary celebration in 2020. This week, the Swoosh has given the classic silhouette a new material update with corduroy side panelling.

The Air Max 90 has released in dozens of new styles over the past few years, recrafted to resemble the original 1990 release as closely as possible in celebration of 30 years of the classic runner. The latest new pair from Nike gives a material update to the silhouette, adding corduroy panelling to the shoes mudguard pieces. The new look begins with a white mesh base layer for the toes and collars, with white leather overlays for the toe box and midfoot. The corduroy pieces come in dark brown, matching the upper rubberized lacing pieces. Orange hits are added to the lower eyestay pieces, as well as the heel counters and midsoles to complete the look.

Nike’s latest version of the Air Max 90 has not yet received an official release date, though they are expected to launch sometime this year. Dressed in white and orange with brown corduroy, pairs will be available via the SNKRS app for $120.
