Nike’s Air Max 90 is getting into gear for it’s 30th anniversary in 2020. And as such, several of the silhouette’s original colorways are returning as well. Check out the fan-favorite “Chlorophyll” iteration, arriving in 2020.
Nike’s anniversary celebrations are always a cause for excitement in the sneaker world. The brand’s archives are filled with so many legendary and fan-favorite sneakers that every year is a wild card for what incredible silhouette will make its return. However, we already have a pretty good idea at what’s coming in 2020, and it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. Next year, the legendary Air Max 90 will be celebrating its 30th anniversary, which means that Nike is ready to reissue the pivotal running shoe in its true OG form, as well as several fan-favorite colorways. While the original pink and volt colorways have already been released to return, this week the “Chlorophyll” green iteration was confirmed to re-release in 2020. Following the same format, this color scheme features white, grey, and black main layers with bright green additions to the heel, midsole, branding, and outsole.
