Nike already has an impressive lineup of sneaker release set to coincide with this year’s Olympic Games in Paris. This week, the Air Max 1 has joined the arsenal, dressed in a Team USA color scheme.

Olympic-themed sneakers are a staple of Nike’s Summer release calendar every four years, as the USA’s official supplier of uniforms and gear. The brand also releases a large range of silhouettes and colors to the public, mostly themed around a red, white, and blue color scheme often accented with gold. For 2024, we’ve already seen a lot of releases coming throughout the next few months, like the Jordan 6 “Olympic”, an SB Dunk Low, and many more. This week, the Air Max 1 has joined the release calendar, cast in a simple color scheme. The pair features a white mesh base with grey suede midfoot panels, a dark navy blue mudguard, and metallic gold Swooshes. Red accents adorn the Nike branding and plastic eyelets to complete the look.

Nike’s new pair of the Air Max 1 with a their signature Team USA color scheme for the 2024 Olympic Games has not been announced for release yet, but will likely arrive sometime this Summer to coincide with the games. The white, navy, and gold style will be available from both Nike and select retailers for $150.
