In celebration of the new year, Nike will be releasing the Air Max 1 CNY “Longevity” that arrives with a vibrant and boastful design.
2020 is here and that means Chinese New Year sneakers are on the brink of releasing. Before the new year rang in, we saw quite a few silhouettes with a CNY design so expect to see a lot of editions release this year as brands look to cash in on the anticipated annual celebration. This iteration is one of the most vibrant yet as it arrives with an unconventional make-up of multiple bright colors and is rumored to be extremely limited with only 7,000 pairs releasing.
The celebratory sneaker features an acid-washed denim base all while showcasing a wide arrange of prints and colors. Patent leather overlays are added in all throughout that add a glossy effect and is able to bring life to debossed Chinese prints. Other colors that paint the sneaker are magenta, blue, neon yellow, green, and a salmony pink. Finishing off the boastful design are flower and butterfly graphics on the heel as well as a black midsole that really allows the upper to steal the show.
