Nike has been having plenty of fun with their revival of the Air Max 1 in the past year, from OG colorways to fresh new ones. This week, a women’s pair with silver charms surfaced, coming soon.
The legendary Air Max 1 celebrated its thirty-fifth anniversary last year, with Nike rereleasing some classic color schemes along with brand new ones. So far, releases have continued to line up for 2023, with plenty of fresh styles on the way, as well as the return of the ‘Big Bubble‘ OG pair for this year’s Air Max Day celebration. The latest look to surface online shows off an interesting new women’s colorway, with a heavy dose of metallic silver accents. The pair begins with a white mesh base layer, adding light cream suede overlays for the mudguard, and a pale tie-dyed paisley textile for the midfoot and heel panels. Swoosh-branded silver charms hang from the heels, in addition to metal Nike branding on the tongues and chrome eyelets.
NIKE AIR MAX 1 ‘CHARMS’ RELEASE INFORMATION
Nike’s upcoming colorway of the women’s Air Max 1 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in Spring 2023. Featuring a tie-dye paisley pattern and silver charms along the heels., pairs of the special-edition style will likely be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers for $160.
