Nike Air Max 1 86 Light SilverAfter it’s Air Max Day debut last month, the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 is surfacing in new colorways for the year. This week, we have an early look at a ‘Light Silver’ pair, coming soon.

The remastered Big Bubble version of Nike’s Air Max 1 finally arrived a few weeks ago, a full year after the brand firs teased the release on Air Max Day in 2022. Shortly after, Los Angeles’ Kids of Immigrants revealed that they had the opportunity to release a range of four color schemes in partnership with Nike for their launch event, some of which appear to be making their way to stores in the near future. Today, we have an official look at the ‘Light Silver / Anthracite’ pair from that drop, which casts the classic runner in a simple color blocking. The mesh base layers appear in faded but distinctly minty green shade, with the light silver suede on top. Mudguards, Swooshes, and outsoles come in Anthracite black to complete the look.

Nike’s next release of the big bubble Air Max 1 ’86 has supposedly been set to release later next week, on April 22nd, 2023, though the brand has yet to confirm this themselves. Dressed in ‘Light Silver’ with Anthracite accents, pairs will likely be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers for $150.
