Nike celebrated thirty years of their Air Huarache in 2021, and has continued to release exceptional new color schemes in 2022, alongside some revived original pairs from the ’90s. The latest new look to surface online employs a colorful new style for the Huarache, dedicated to runners in New York City with ‘Run NYC’ branding on the insoles. This new look begins with a gold mesh toe box, while hot pink neoprene stand out as the base layer of the quarter panels. Black neoprene connects the two sections, while a bold orange inner lining adds more color to the palette. Teal blue heel counters lock your feet in, matching the shoe’s special insoles, while light grey leather for the outer portions brings everything together.

Nike’s upcoming ‘Run NYC’ colorway of the Air Huarache has not been announced for release, though we expect to see the new look release sometime int he coming weeks. Featuring bright colors and specially-branded insoles, pairs will be available directly from Nike and select retailers with the usual price tag of $120.
