Nike’s recent announcement of 3 new franchises gives us a lot to look forward to throughout the year. This week, another silhouette has surfaced for the N.354 category, this time reworking the classic Huarache with a more modern look.
Nike’s new N.354 line is a refreshing take on many historic Swoosh silhouettes from over the past few decades. Using many of the prototypes and whiffed innovations from their archives, the N.354 line repurposes them for more modern releases, like this month’s new version of the classic Air Huarache. Featuring the same inner-bootie construction as the original, the N.354 version adds more eye-catching geometry to the overlays, as well as adding some more function in the form of a lacing system. Additionally, new velcro straps on the inner side of each heel allow you to strap in and out of the shoe with ease. The first colorway of the Huarache N.354 paints the shoe almost entirely in white, with the navy-colored showing through from the inside. Finally, flashes of red Nike branding complete the look.

Nike’s latest rework of the Huarache silhouette is scheduled to debut later this week, on June 28th, 2019. The N.354 variation will carry a retail price of approximately $120, and release from both Nike and select retailers.
