Nike’s Air Huarache retro is everywhere this year. Just this week, a new color of the classic runner, featuring a college-inspired “Michigan” colorway, surfaced online. Check out the Air Huarache, coming soon.

Nike’s thirtieth-anniversary celebration for the Air Huarache appears to be stretching into 2022, as evidenced by a number of new colorways still on the horizon. Remastered to mimic the original 1991 run of Huaraches as closely as possible, Nike has been pumping out fresh colorways of the vintage runner all year long, with plenty still waiting to be deployed in the new year. Today, the classic silhouette appeared in a new “Michigan” color scheme, pulling from one of Nike’s most beloved color schemes to deliver the Maize and Blue in an exciting new iteration.

Nike’s latest new colorway of the Air Huarache, the collegiate-inspired “Michigan” look, has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in Spring 2022 . This release will be available both directly from Nike as well as third-party retailers, with the same $120 price tag as previous pairs from this year.
