Nike’s remastered Air Huarache is here to stay, with plenty of new colorways set to release in the coming months. This week, Nike has given us an early look at a new Liverpool F.C. color scheme, coming soon.

Nike’s relationship to the global football community grows stronger every year, as the Swoosh continually innovates on its pitch-related technologies as well as releasing heartfelt team gear for the fans. So, this week’s unveiling of a new “Liverpool F.C.” edition of the classic Air Huarache may not come as a surprise, but is till a very exciting upcoming release. Taking its inspiration from Liverpool’s colors and historic jerseys, this Air Huarache begins with a largely white upper, which comes in the shoe’s mesh toe box and leather overlays. The neoprene section of the shoe comes in a striking red tone, matching the red and white checkerboard mid layers that decorate the quarter sections of the shoe. Flashes of yellow run down the center of each shoe, while velcro Liverpool F.C. branding decorates the tongues and heels.
