Nike is gearing up to release the original colorways of its Air Huarache this year, as well as a few new iterations of the classic runner to celebrate its 30th-anniversary. Check out the new “Concord” purple colorway, coming soon.

The Air Huarache is finally in the full-swing of its retro return in 2021, celebrating thirty years of the iconic sneaker. Nike’s newly recrafted version made its debut earlier this year in the form of Stussy’s original Huarache collaboration from 2001, labeled as the first brand collaboration of its kind and heralded around the world for this simple fact. Now, Nike is spinning the Air Huarache in new colorways for the whole year, like this “Concord” purple edition that surfaced online earlier this week. Already seen in the Swoosh’s official imagery, the new look mixes a largely white upper with shocking purple neoprene elements, mixing two light and dark shades of the “Concord” hue to layer the look. Black heel counters round out this Huarache.

Nike’s next non-OG colorway of the Air Huarache to hit shelves, the “Concord” purple look, has not yet been announced for release, though they are likely to land at retailers sometime in the coming weeks. The recrafted, Bowerman-edition of the classic running shoe will come with a price tag of $120, releasing from both Nike and select retailers.
