Nike’s Air Huarache has been steadily launching in new colorways since its returns back in 2021, in celebration of its anniversary. This week, another ACG-inspired look has surfaced, taking on the color scheme of an original Mowabb Plus.

The All Conditions Gear division of Nike has seen a lot of love from both the brand lately, both in their seasonal releases and as a source of inspiration for other Nike Sportswear product. Earlier this year we saw the release of an Air Huarache inspired by the classic ‘Rattan‘ Mowabb color scheme, and now, another pair of the retro runner has surfaced sporting a classic Air Mowabb look. Borrow from a 1992 edition of the hiking shoe’s Plus variant, this look was also recently rehashed for Olivia Kim’s Nike collaboration in 2020. The new Huarache features a perforated black leather toe reinforced with lush ‘Baroque Brown’ suede, which matches the shoe’s signature midfoot panel. Dark teal neoprene peeks out from underneath, encased by a black rubber cage. The heel tab and inner lining come in dark red, completing the look.
