Triple-white and triple-black Nike Air Force 1s are nothing new in the sneaker world, and Nike is constantly trying out new twists on the classic designs. This Summer, the AF1 is getting a star-covered makeover, now with a black color in the mix.
Air Force 1s have been a staple of sneaker culture for decades, particularly in their basic all-white or all-black styles. The looks are timeless, but Nike has tried time and time again to put an interesting new spin on the simple neutral looks. We’ve seen plenty of variations on the leather used, pairs with Vibram soles or Gore-Tex linings, pony hair versions, and many, many more over the years. This Summer will bring another unique take on the monotone styles, covering the shoe’s underlays in leather star-shaped cutouts. The white pair already surfaced last week, and now we have official images of the triple black look to complete the set. Every detail is the same between both colorways, except for the main color, down to the metallic star lace dubrae on both shoes.
NIKE AIR FORCE 1 STARS ‘BLACK’ RELEASE INFORMATION
Nike’s latest twist for their triple BLACK Air Force 1 does not have an official release date yet, but is presumably hitting shelves in time for Summer 2026. The new look applies star-shaped cutouts across the shoe’s underlay, visible on the toe box and midfoot sections of the shoe, with a special lace dubrae to match. Pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers, likely with a slightly higher-than-usual price tag due to the extra materials.
