Nike’s Air Force 1 Mid is gearing up for a comeback in 2022, with several high-profile projects, including a collaboration with Stüssy in the pipeline. Today, we have an early look at a new “Certified Fresh” color, coming this Fall.

Nike’s fortieth anniversary of the Air Force 1 is well underway, with interesting new colors and styles emerging on a weekly basis. Today, we got an early look at a new “Certified Fresh” edition of the classic Mid-cut silhouette, which casts the shoe in a beautiful black and brown color palette. The look begins with a dark brown canvas base layer, before adding the AF1’s signature overlays in sleek black leather. The large midfoot Swooshes come in crisp white leather, paired with the shoe’s clean heel counters. The ‘Certified Fresh’ name comes from the shoe’s insole branding, which also denotes the Fall ’22 release period.

Nike’s new “Certified Fresh” colorway of the Air Force 1 Mid has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in the Fall of 2022. The premium black & brown AF1 Mid will be available from both Nike and select retailers, carrying a price tag of $140 for the luxurious materials.
