With an ever-growing catalog under Nike’s name, the Air Force 1 has cemented itself as an all-time classic. Each as different as the last, the model has seen countless iterations and continues to break the norm while staying true to its roots.

Although the latest iterations strays away from its predecessor, the blueprint remains intact. For the latest iteration, the Nike Air Force 1 LV8 UL gains inspiration from European nightlife. Reminiscent of ’90’s aesthetics, the design places emphasis on its accents to relive the days behind. Paralleling neon and blacklights alike, this Air Force 1 takes a step into the right direction.

Composed of an overall black leather upper, the sole also dons its classic colorway. The most obvious of features are the contrasting neon colors placed throughout the shoes. A green swoosh resembles a neon-sign allowing the two colors to contrast and pop. A mini swoosh is also placed onto its lateral side for an extra vibrant look. Bright red tags are also seen through its tongue and mid panel combing old and new aesthetics alike. The model is completed with an elongated pull tab that brings life to an iconic design.

Although the model has been releases overseas, no word yet on when a stateside drop will occur. Expected to drop within the coming weeks, the sneaker will retail for $160 USD.
