Nike has been experimenting with premium styles of their iconic silhouette with inspiration from dress shoes for the past few years. This week, the Air Force 1 Low has surfaced with suede tassels, coming soon.
The Air Force 1 has seen dozens of different makeovers from Nike over its forty-plus year tenure in their catalog. The streetwear icon has been recrafted and revised time and time again, most of which turn out to look pretty great. This season, the Premium version of the iconic silhouette is getting a new look, with some details borrowed from formal dress shoes to spruce it up.
The latest style of the AF1 Premium to surface is expected to release soon, exclusively in women’s sizing. The shoe is cast in light grey leather for its base with white overlays, adding just a touch “Pink Oxford” tan for the inner linings, tongues, and outsoles. The real star of the show here is the suede tassels attached to the tongues, and the added stitching securing the heel tabs.

Nike’s next release of their Premium Air Force 1 Low has not been given a drop date yet, but is expected to arrive sometime soon in late 2024. Dressed in off-white and grey shades with its high-end details and bonus tassels, pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers for $120.
