Nike will be growing their Air Force 1 Low collection this summer with a brand new rendition dedicated to 2021’s Japanese Matsuri. 

Celebrating the Japanese Matsuri which means festival or holiday, Nike’s Air Force 1 has surfaced in a colorful makeover that features a variety of different colors and prints. While the festival features a handful of different performances and presentations, this offering comes decked out in an equally unique fashion as well. Calling for a canvas base and overlay system, each portion of the shoe arrives in a different color and print showcasing various different forms of patterns nodding to Japanese culture. Cork-inspired Nike Swooshes adorn the sides and match the tongue labels while Japanese symbols are stamped on the insoles and heels. To finish off the new rendition, a sail rubber midsole and translucent outsole are placed at the bottoms to finish off the new design.
