We’ve seen some wild new iterations of the Nike Air Force 1 in celebration of the shoe’s anniversary this year. Today, we have an early look at a new shaggy green suede ‘Grass’ colorway, coming soon.

Nike’s Air Force 1 sneaker has been out in, well, force, this year, celebrating an incredible forty years of the fan-favorite basketball shoe. Having long moved away from the court and into the streets, the AF1 has seen plenty of different iterations and upgrades over the years, and Nike still has some interesting takes up their sleeve for the coming months. This week, we got an early look at a new pair constructed from some vastly different materials from your typical Air Force shoe. While the official photos seen here show the model’s PS sizing, we are hoping for adult sizes to land along side. The new ‘Grass’-like look features a super shaggy suede in vibrant green covering the toes and heel sections of the silhouette, with a multicolor felt-like material making up the quarter panels. The Swooshes come in black corduroy, while purple laces and a bold orange outsole complete the look.
