Nike’s Air Force 1 has played host to a wide range of colorways for the shoe’s fortieth anniversary this year. Today, we got a first look at a bright new ‘Desert Berry’ suede version, coming soon.
Nike’s Air Force 1 has added many versions and styles to its ranks this year, in celebration of the shoe’s 40-year-anniversary. One of our favorites is easily the special-edition suede version, which rebuilds the classic basketball shoe with a soft material for the uppers, and adding some other choice materials to boot. The latest colorway to come across our desk decorates the silhouette in a near-tonal ‘Desert Berry’ look, casting the upper in a bright pink shade of suede. Swooshes are added in maroon chenille fabric, with an embroidered black edge to secure them in place. The Nike logos on the tongues, heels, and insoles come in a special font to complete the limited-edition look.

Nike’s latest colorway of their special-edition Air Force 1 Low has not been given a set release date, though they are expected to arrive sometime in 2022. Dressed in ‘Desert Berry’ suede, the soft new look will be available from both Nike and select retailers, with the usual price tag of $110.
