Nike’s Air Force 1 Low continues to impress with its upcoming slate of releases, this week adding a new colorway paying homage to the classic Command Force, coming later this year.

Nike’s Air Force is continuing to line up new releases at an impressive rate, building the arsenal for the shoe’s fortieth anniversary. This week, we got an early look at an upcoming release that celebrates another retro Nike Basketball model, 1991’s Command Force. One of the chunkier silhouettes from the 90s basketball era, the Command’s aggressive look and its adjustable Air bladders in the high-top collars made for an iconic design. While this Air Force doesn’t make use of the pumpable Air adjustments, its premium white leather base and black suede accents make up for it. Additionally, the inclusion of the Command logos on the tongues and heels make this one an easy grab for fans of the original.
