The Nike Air Force 1 will always be a staple of the brand’s current arsenal, and as such, it’s important to keep the silhouette updated with new colors and styles. This week, the Swoosh quietly released two new colorways, which place various animal prints on the AF1’s Swooshes.

Nike’s Air Force 1 silhouette has long been an essential piece of the brand’s history, ever since it debuted back in 1982. Since then, the AF1 has evolved far past the simple leather basketball shoe it originated as some 30 years ago, establishing itself as one of the quintessential lifestyle models of the past several decades. Almost alw2ays presented in its original all-leather construction, this week the Air Force 1 adds some new stylistic elements to this version to add a bit of texture and color to the legendary sneaker. For this release, Nike is swapping out the standard leather Swooshes for faux-animal leather variations, with two patterns present on each shoe. One pair adds midnight blue in snakeskin and cow print, while the second opts for wheat-tinted crocodile leather and cow fur.
