Nike’s Air Force 1 continues to be one of the brands bestsellers, despite their recent push with more modern silhouettes and technologies. However, this month Nike is bringing back a fan-favorite, the Air Force 1 Low Flyknit “Multicolor”.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit 2.0 returns with new colorways this month. While the rehashed version of the more breathable Uptown looks very similar to the original, the technology has come a long way in the three years since. Now, Nike is more precise in their ability to target specific areas of the knit and tighten or loosen the density of the weave in key areas, as well as opening up the more airy parts along the sides and toe. After the debut of the second iteration earlier this year, the Swoosh is back with the fan-favorite “Multicolor” iteration of the reworked silhouette. Similar to the original version, this Air Force 1 is constructed from a black knit base layer, with a rainbow of color woven in to produce the famous “Multicolor” look. Black overlays on the eyelets, Swoosh, and heel counter help to frame the colorful upper, which rests upon a plain white midsole to complete the look.
