Arriving as part of Nike’s 16th annual Doernbecher Collection, this Nike Air Force 1 arrives with a rose makeover.

First of all, this special edition Air Force 1 was designed by 14-year-old Zion Thompson from Eugene Oregon. Diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma, or cancer of the immune system, the tough condition did not hinder her artistic vision that she allowed to take over this Air Force 1.

The special-edition silhouette arrives with a white smooth leather upper that features debossed tonal roses on the toe as well as the lace overlays. The usual Nike Swoosh is swapped out for a unique new design as roses make-up the iconic branded check mark. Going the extra mile, a mauve rose color bathes the midfoot trim as well as the heel tab. “Survivor” is then spelled out on the insoles, outsole and above the midsole “Air” branding.
