Nike’s Air Force silhouette is celebrating its fortieth anniversary this year, and the Swoosh is bringing back some of our favorite iterations for the occasion. This week, we caught our first look at the “Certified Fresh” edition, coming soon.

Turning forty years old this year, the Nike Air Force 1 has gone big to celebrate the occasion. The Swoosh’s timeless silhouette has emerged in dozens of new colors and slight variations over the past year, serving up something for everyone. While some of these pairs are simply new colors, plenty of them have featured new materials and interesting branding to group them into special collections. This week, we got our first look at a new “Certified Fresh” edition, which pairs with an AF1 Mid and Dunk Low. Dressed in Photon Grey and Sail, this fresh Air Force features a ribbed canvas base layer and suede overlays, adding speckled laces and orange Swooshes on the tongue for a clean new look.
