The Air Force 1 has appeared in many premium iterations throughout the years, each one special in their own way. This week, Nike is dropping their first for the new decade, with the wear-away tonal “Black” pack releasing later this week.

The Nike Air Force 1 has been a staple of the footwear world since its introduction to basketball in 1982. Since then, the brand has constantly upgraded and reworked the legendary silhouette, making each release a little different from the last. This week, we have our first look at an upcoming two-pack from the Swoosh, which upgrades the materials of two contrasting black and white pairs with luxurious leathers and wear-away features. The black pair features a nylon tongue with gold branding and eyelets, as well as a thin brown stitch running around the top of the sole, a nod to the Swoosh and heel tab that wear away to a light veg-tan color. The white pair is similar, though it comes with the Swoosh and heel already cleaned and in their natural brown leather state.

Nike’s latest premium release for the legendary Air Force 1 has been scheduled to drop later this week, on January 31st, 2020. The two-pack of higher-end pairs will be available first from the Nike SNKRS app for $140, with a wider release yet to be announced.
