The Nike ACG Mountain Fly was a hit when it debuted late in 2020, followed shortly by the low-top variation in 2021. Now, after a short hiatus from retail shelves, the Mountain Fly Low returns in “Green Abyss” this Spring.

The Nike ACG Mountain Fly made its debut last year, delivering a high-top, Gore-Tex-laden hiking shoe for the ages. Shortly afterward, in January of this year, the ACG team unveiled its follow-up, the Mountain Fly Low. Instantly a hit among ACG heads, the Mountain Fly Low continues the shoe’s use of the full-length React midsole, with a less constricting upper and lower collar height. Since its launch earlier this year, fans of the new ACG sneaker have been clamoring for another chance at the all-terrain outdoor sneaker, which Nike is always happy to oblige. This week, we have an early look at the next colorway of the fan-favorite trail shoe, which paints the Mountain Fly in a stealthy “Green Abyss” color scheme. Mounted on top of an all-black sole unit, the upper features unique camouflage pattern across its ripstop nylon upper that comes in what appears to be a deep shade of purple with black mixed in. ACG lettering can be seen on the lateral sides, while the namesake “Green Abyss” accents adorn the tongue labels, footbeds, and heel counters.

Nike ACG’s next colorway of the awesome new Mountain Fly Low has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in the coming weeks. The stealthy “Green Abyss” color scheme will be available from both Nike and ACG retailers, with the usual price tag of $180.
