The Nike ACG Mountain Fly has been a hit since its initial introduction last year. Now, the low-top variant has released in a handful of Gore-Tex versions in recent months, with this new “Ironstone” look set to join the party this Spring.

Nike’s ACG Mountain Fly is sticking around for the new year. Originally introduced late in 2020 with its high-top, Gore-Tex-clad version, the ACG Mountain Fly followed with a low-top release early this year, before re-releasing in both iterations throughout the course of 2021. For 2022, the ACG team unveiled their Gore-tex edition of the Mountain Fly Low, which is still rolling out in its initial color schemes. This week, we got an early look at the “Ironstone” color scheme set to debut alongside the All Conditions Gear Spring ’22 collection in the coming weeks. The new look casts the shoe’s Gore-Tex outer layer in the namesake Ironstone brown shade, while darker tones are mixed into the shoe’s various overlays. Meanwhile, a white Nike React midsole provides cushioning, while hints of purple add some color to this neutral pair.

Nike ACG’s next colorway of the Mountain Fly Low Gore-Tex edition has not yet been announced for release, though we expect them to land in stores sometime in 2022. The smooth “Ironstone” color scheme will be available from both Nike and ACG retailers, with the usual price tag of $180. UPDATE 6/12/22: Nike ACG’s latest batch of colorways of the Mountain Fly Low have finally been set to drop, releasing later this month on June 25th, 2022, alongside the rest of the Summer collection. The ‘Ironstone’ colorway will be available directly from the SNKRS app and select retailers for $180, with a similar ‘Canyon Purple’ color scheme.
