Nike ACG Air Torre Mid

Nike’s archives are filled with products that have never seen another release after their debut. This season, the ACG team is bringing back an older hiking shoe, the Air Torre Mid, in its original colorways.

Nike’s extensive history with outdoor gear has brought us some great rereleases in recent years, with the ACG team diving into the brand’s archives to bring back classic models from its early days in the ’80s and ’90s. This year has already brought us the Moc slipper and Humara trail runner, and now the outdoor label is gearing up to revive the Air Torre Mid, a hiking boot, for the coming Fall/Winter season. Constructed from a durable nylon underlay with thick suede pieces layered on top, the model also sports hiking eyelets at its throat and a thin but durable midsole. So far, two original colorways of the model have emerged, the ‘Burnt Sienna’ look as well as a ‘Pecan’ palette. The former mixes in Dark Atomic Teal for its lower layers and Lush Green Swooshes, while the latter uses a smooth olive green for its base, accompanied by Red Plum branding.
