Nike ACG’s line of moccasin-inspired sneakers has long been a fan-favorite silhouette for those that value comfort over everything and the Swoosh knows this. They’ve kept this franchise popular for several decades now thanks to a release schedule that only revives the sleek silhouette every few years, making them just elusive enough to maintain some serious hype. This month, the Air Moc has surfaced in its next iteration, taking a half-step with the new 3.5 model that debuted at the Olympics in Beijing. The new Air Moc 3.5 retains many of the features from the 2019 3.0 that we loved, namely the soft quilted upper and unique one-piece construction. The 3.5’s alterations are minor, adding a new collapsible panel to the heel so the Moc can be worn as either a slipper or a mule style silhouette. The Air Moc 3.5 also adds a Crater Foam midsole, making use of Nike’s new recycled content materials.
