Nike ACG has another classic footwear retro lined up for 2022, this time stretching back to 1994 for the Air Mada Low. The retro hiking model has already surfaced in two colorways, with plenty more likely to see a release this year.

Nike’s All Conditions Gear line has been producing some of our favorite footwear from the Swoosh since the late ’80s. Along the way, the ACG franchise has accumulated a number of classic designs that are still referenced by the all aspects of Nike to this day, and which frequently reappear on shelves in retro releases. This week, we got an early look at our first retro ACG shoe for 2022, the Air Mada from 1994. Featuring a textile and leather combination for the upper with both wavy and jagged elements, and mounted on a two-layer EVA midsole, the Mada is effectually a heavy-duty outdoor sneaker, complete with durable toe caps for added protection. The ACG Air Mada will initially release in Anthracite and Dark Teal, while more original colorways are expected to follow in the coming seasons.
